At DuoXpress, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, you can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Package securely and ship to our returns center
Once we receive your return, we'll inspect the item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically.
Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable, and you'll be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or we made an error.
We currently don't offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or model, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We'll arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
International customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns.
